ElectraForMultipleChoice (#4954)

* add ElectraForMultipleChoice

* add  test_for_multiple_choice

* add ElectraForMultipleChoice in auto model

* add ElectraForMultipleChoice in all_model_classes

* add SequenceSummary related parameters

* get rid pooler, use SequenceSummary instead

* add electra multiple choice test
