* [Breaking change] Deformable DETR intermediate representations

- Fixes naturally the `object-detection` pipeline.
- Moves from `[n_decoders, batch_size, ...]` to `[batch_size,
  n_decoders, ...]` instead.

* Apply suggestions from code review
